A Cancellation NOTICE must be given by a voice call and/or SMS TEXT (and not using internet/wifi ie. via Whatsapp or Messenger)
You need to cancel or a contribution or cancellation fee will be applied.
CANCELLATION POLICY: I appreciate that sometimes you will have to cancel or reschedule your appointment at short notice. I understand that unanticipated events do occur, but please provide me with as much notice as possible.
- A Compulsory Cancellation Fee is required for LATE NOTICE (less than 12 hours of the agreed time) and a NO SHOW will be expected to pay the FULL treatment price of the scheduled appointment time
- A Compulsory Cancellation Fee of 50% of the price with less than 24 hours notice of the agreed scheduled appointment time
With cancellations and no shows, it is a cost to this small business and near impossible to fill or have been offered to another person.
Appointments: I am fairly flexible with “opening times”, sometimes clients are early for their appoinment which is great. However, if you are going to be more than 10 mins late, please let me know you are running late – it keeps us both in communication and I can try to accommodate. If I hear nothing and you are more than 15 mins late, I will assume this is a “No Show” and the appointment is regarded as a chargeable cancellation. You agreed to the disclaimer as per consultation form. I think you will agree this is a reasonable policy. Late arrivals and No Show can mean someone else not being able to take an appointment.
